• Process credit card transactions with government cards and ensure policy compliance.
• Coordinate human resources efforts including personnel records and funding documents.
• Apply fund and cost accounting methods across approximately 100 cost centers.
• Assist in preparing departmental budget and financial statements.
• Maintain daily fund management of discretionary cost centers and budgeting models.
• Verify payroll and non-payroll transactions; audit expenses and reimbursements.
• Prepare and maintain personnel funding documents and payroll allocations.
• Liaise with department and affiliate HR offices regarding payroll actions.
• Maintain procurement, payroll, and accounting records with audit trails.
