Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the daily fund management of assigned discretionary cost centers.
• Ensure financial accuracy and integrity of assigned centers related to payroll and non-payroll transactions.
• Prepare and maintain personnel funding documents.
• Maintain all records for assigned cost centers, ensuring audit trails.
• Process items in ERP Inbox within three business days.
• Coordinate funding of financial matters with departmental representatives.
• Review and audit procurement source documents.
