Job Description

  • Monitor all budgets for compliance with federal legislation, state regulations, and university guidelines. -
  • Assists the Executive Director in reviewing all grant proposals.
  • Prepares quarterly and yearly financial reports.

  • Assist with labor distributions, monthly report and processes labor redistribution.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Accounting, Economics or related field and
  • two years of managing institutional grant accounts. Proficient in computer applications for
  • word processing and data management. Strong knowledge of Grants Manager or
  • comparable data management system. Strong knowledge of SciQuest/Banner or comparable
  • system. Applicant must be able to communicate effectively with directors, deans, and
  • department heads; engage in critical thinking about the financial status of multiple
  • projects; make budget projections and retrieve financial data from institutional data banks
  • and transform this data into the appropriate format(s) required by the U.S. Department of
  • Education.
