Qualifications

• BS/BA in Finance or Accounting, required or substantial experience.
• 1-3 years of professional finance experience.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and analytical/strategic skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and QSAC policies.
• Review and complete billing for individuals across QSAC programs.
• Review remittance statements and report to supervisor.
• Track pending/denied billing and adjustments/recoupments.
• Create fiscal reports and develop year-end audit reports.
• Maintain documentation integrity and communicate with program staff to ensure compliance.
• Assist in all types of Program audits and protect confidentiality.
