Job duties include but are not limited to auditing expense documents, maintaining spreadsheets, supplier statement reconciliation, electronic and hard copy filing, management of Account Payable/Receivable Outlook general mailbox, providing customer service to internal and external customers, general administrative support, and front desk receptionist relief coverage.
Upon satisfactory completion of department promotional standards and job requirements, employees may be eligible to be promoted to the next level.
