Job summary

University of Kentucky in Lexington, KY is seeking First-Year Experience Ambassadors for Spring 2027 – Spring 2028. This part-time student role includes on-campus housing during summer orientation and shifts 8 a.m.–4:30 p.m. Mon–Fri with some weekend hours in spring.

Ambassadors lead sessions for new students and help with orientation logistics. You will receive extensive training in public speaking, leadership, and campus resources; cross-trained leaders may assist other Enrollment Management

Qualifications

• Must be currently enrolled as a student at UK.
• Preferred applicants will have demonstrated skills in customer service and communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead small-group sessions for new students during orientation.
• Assist in facilitating orientation programs and supporting event logistics.
