The UO HR Website is seeking a First-Year Advisor in Eugene, Oregon. This position supports first-year student retention through proactive advising and engagement. The advisor will work with various schools within the university and collaborate closely with campus partners.

A Bachelor's degree and relevant experience in advising or student services are required. Successful candidates will have excellent communication skills and an understanding of issues facing diverse students. Competitive benefits are offered.
