Job summary

WCTC Corporate Training Center in Wisconsin is seeking a New Student Advisor to provide proactive, high-touch academic and transitional guidance to new students during their first semester. This role connects students to registration, financial aid, orientation, and early academic planning support.

You will identify students at risk, coordinate with Admissions and Financial Aid, and maintain FERPA-compliant records to ensure a smooth transition to ongoing advising after the first semester.
