Responsibilities

• Oversee TRIO SSS and SSS STEM program communication.
• Recruit, hire, and manage the First-Year Experience Student Leaders.
• Plan and implement a first-year experience program for new students.

Skills

Experience working with educational programs with marginalized student populations

Supervisory experience in an educational setting

Experience with social media platforms

Exceptional written and oral communication skills

Education

Bachelor’s degree in education, social work, human services, or related field

Master’s degree in counseling or higher education (preferred)
