Responsibilities

• Assist in development and implementation of programs to enhance success and retention of first-year engineering students.
• Provide advisement/counseling/coaching to first-year engineering students and help find appropriate majors and resources.
• Collaborate with Office of Undergraduate Student Affairs and HWCOE advising teams to support student success and retention.
• Prepare and direct students to resources on campus for internships and job placement.
