Job summary

Thrive Scholars in the United States is seeking a College Success Manager to support first-year Scholars through academic and career development. You will provide 1:1 advising, group coaching, and coordinate workshops to build essential study skills and plan summer opportunities that boost economic mobility.

The role blends virtual work with on-site Summer Academy duties at Thrive Scholars sites, where you’ll oversee a caseload of up to 90 Scholars and collaborate with College Success and Career

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent.
• Experience advising at a highly selective college or similar.
• Strong ability to guide students and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• College Success Advising: coach a caseload to help Scholars reach a 3.3+ GPA and prepare for summer opportunities.
• Program Management: support cross-department events and initiatives to advance department goals.
• Academy Logistics and Facilitation: assist in planning Summer Academies, including logistics and content.
• Administrative Tasks: monitor progress, document activities in Salesforce, and analyze data to refine strategies.
