Job summary

JARP Industries, Inc. is seeking a Production Welder (Welder B, 1st Shift) to set up and tack weld a range of metals to make sub-assemblies for cylinders and swivels, following Weld Procedure Specifications and shop instructions.

This full-time, Monday–Friday position pays $21.00–$31.00 per hour and includes a full benefits package. Applicants should have a high school diploma and welding training or experience; flux core, sub-arc and MIG experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Flux core, sub-arc and MIG welding experience preferred.
• Must be able to read blueprints.
• Manufacturing experience beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Tack weld and sub arc weld parts per the weld procedure.
• Read and interpret shop routings, work instructions, and blueprints.
• Conduct day-to-day computer functions.
• Set-up the job per weld procedures and instructions.
• Perform routine maintenance on welding equipment and supplies.
• Clean and inspect finished sub-assemblies for quality approval.
