Job summary

Crenlo Engineered Cabs is seeking a skilled welder to join our manufacturing team in Rochester, MN. You will weld to AWS specifications, operate a variety of tools, and follow engineering directions to ensure safety, quality, and timely delivery of components.

Responsibilities include operating weld equipment, performing all welding positions, and maintaining a clean, safe workspace while reporting data accurately. This role supports production goals with consistent, high-quality workmanship.

Qualifications

GENERAL SUMMARY:

Responsible for maintaining key performance metrics such as safety, quality, and delivery. Will weld to AWS specs spot weld, operate a variety of tools and equipment. Tools will include prints, bills, ARI, engineering/supervisor direction.

Compensation: $29.11 per hour

• Perform other jobs within the department or plant as required by supervision.

Working Conditions

Regularly exposed to noise, odors, dust, chemicals, temperature extremes, hazardous substances, drafts, vibration, electricity and heights. Typically requires the use of welders, hand tools, hoists, cranes, saws, all air tools, grinders, die grinders, orbiters, drill presses, roller press. Hearing protection, safety glasses, steel-toed shoes with metatarsal protection, face shield or goggles, welding helmet and gloves are required.
