Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Tack Welding experience preferred.
• Experience using hand tools (battery powered & pneumatic).
• Manufacturing experience preferred (setup, operate, preventive maintenance).
• Strong focus on quality control and ability to communicate welding instructions.

Responsibilities

• Performs ordinary and repetitive hand welding operations.
• Operates welding equipment; regulates current and voltage for proper fusion.
• Selects rod/wire size and type for welding application.
• Maintains safety policies and productive workflow.
• Documents actions via quality assurance forms and reports.
