Job summary

California Faucets Inc is seeking a 1st Shift Assembly Production Team Member for our Huntington Beach, CA warehouse. This on-site role runs Monday–Friday, 5:15 a.m.–2:00 p.m., with rotation among water-bearing, final assembly, and picking tasks to support the assembly team.

The position emphasizes testing, assembling components, and packaging faucets and fixtures, ensuring quality and accuracy throughout the process. Strong attention to detail and safety compliance are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 6 months experience in a related manufacturing or assembly role preferred.
• Ability to follow safety rules and wear PPE.
• Willingness to work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assemble plumbing fixtures and components (spouts, valves, showerheads, etc.).
• Inspect finished components against quality standards during assembly.
• Follow Pick Tickets to locate parts and assemble accurately.
• Notify supervisor of quality variances or parts shortages.
• Operate hand tools and handle adhesives or lubricants as needed.
• Read, count, and perform simple math; document results.
• Maintain organized rework/repair orders and communicate with Finishing team.
• Apply manual, electric, and air tools as required.
