The role involves assembling plumbing fixtures, testing components, and packaging finished products to fulfill customer orders in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include reading pick tickets, inspecting parts for quality, using hand tools, and coordinating with the Finishing team to ensure timely rework and accurate inventories.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 6 months of related experience preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Assemble plumbing fixtures and components (spouts, valves, showerheads, etc.).
• Inspect finished components during assembly to meet quality standards.
• Follow Pick Tickets to locate parts and assemble correctly.
• Notify team leader of quality variances and parts shortages.
• Operate manual, electric, and air powered hand tools.
• Acquire parts efficiently and ensure correct quantity and type for assembly/packaging.
• Read, count, perform simple math, and write legibly.
• Maintain organized rework/repair orders and ensure timely return to assembly.
