Job summary

California Faucets, Inc. is seeking a 1st Shift Assembly Production Team Member for our Huntington Beach, CA facility. This on-site, full-time role runs Monday through Friday from 5:15 a.m.

to 2:00 p.m. The position supports Water Bearing, Final Assembly, and Picking within the Assembly team. You will assemble and test plumbing components to meet quality standards and prepare finished products for packaging.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 6 months of related production experience preferred.
• Must be able to lift 1–50 pounds and follow safety rules.

Responsibilities

• Assemble plumbing components and fixtures as part of the assembly team.
• Inspect finished components to ensure quality standards are met.
• Follow instructions and locate parts using pick tickets.
• Notify team leader of quality variances and shortages.
• Operate hand tools and handling of adhesives and lubricants.
• Acquire parts efficiently and ensure correct quantities for assembly.
• Read, count, and perform simple arithmetic accurately.
