Core-Mark in Shepherdsville, KY is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor on 1st shift to oversee daily operations, lead a team of 15–25 associates, and ensure accurate handling of inventory.

The ideal candidate has strong leadership, knowledge of warehouse procedures, and experience with warehouse management systems; forklift certification preferred.

Competitive pay of $60k–$65k base plus KPI-based bonus, with comprehensive benefits and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED is required.
• 2+ years of warehouse operations experience.
• 1+ years leading a team of 15-20 associates.
• Experience with inventory management and warehouse management software (WMS).

Responsibilities

• Oversee receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping for the shift.
• Supervise 15–25 warehouse associates including hiring, scheduling, training, coaching, and mentoring staff.
• Ensure timely, accurate and complete order pulling and proper load sequencing on trucks.
• Maintain FIFO and proper stock rotation; ensure safe handling practices.
• Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with health and safety programs.
• Coordinate pick planning with the Warehouse Manager.
