Land O’Lakes, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor for the Story City, IA Distribution Center to lead and develop the 1st shift team in a 5‑day operation.

You will manage warehouse operations, coach staff, and ensure safety and efficiency. The role focuses on talent management, scheduling, and coordination with sales and service teams while maintaining high standards for inventory control and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years of supervisory experience managing people.
• 2+ years of leadership experience with operations and/or warehouse management.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and mobile devices.
• Candidates in rotational Land O’Lakes programs will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate warehouse staff to meet daily targets.
• Oversee supply chain operations and ensure safety and compliance.
• Provide training and development for personnel and maintain safety standards.
• Maintain relationships with local sales, customer service and other WinField locations.
• Perform duties to support inventory control, quality, and service objectives.
