Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years of supervisory experience in manufacturing.
• Bachelor's degree is preferred in engineering, manufacturing, operations, chemistry, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead safe, second-shift operations and enforce EH&S, quality, SOP, and work-rule requirements.
• Direct formulation and packaging to meet schedules, quality and yield objectives.
• Supervise, coach, and develop employees; manage performance and staffing.
• Coordinate people, materials, and equipment across Formulation and Packaging for efficient flow.
• Troubleshoot issues with plant management and implement corrective actions.
• Lead continuous-improvement and cost-reduction initiatives; support product introductions.
