Land O’Lakes, Inc. is seeking a warehouse associate in Hampton, IA, to join our Omnium operations. The role focuses on front-line warehousing processes, coordinating inbound/outbound deliveries, packing/loading final products with a forklift, and assisting with cycle counts.

You will operate daily on a forklift and help keep the warehouse area organized. Pay is $24.50 per hour for 1st shift (7:00 AM to 3:00 PM).

Qualifikationen

• Must be 18 years or older.
• 1 year of work experience in any industry.
• Basic computer and math skills.
• Able to read, write, comprehend, follow verbal and written instructions.
• Willingness to learn new skills, problem-solve and troubleshoot.
• Strong collaboration, communication skills, and is always respectful.

Aufgaben

• Complies with all safety processes and insists on safety practices of self and others
• Shows up on time, completes tasks by deadlines, and adapts to changes quickly
• Processes work orders by selecting correct products from racks, palletizing them, shrink-wrapping, and staging the product order for delivery
• Able to multi-task and keep up with warehousing demands in a fast-paced environment
• Ensures all standard operating procedures are followed
• Maintains cleanliness and organization of work area
• Successful forklift certification required
• Other duties as assigned
