Job summary

Ascentek is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to direct warehouse personnel, ensure accurate inventory, and drive low-cost, high-efficiency operations in a 1st shift, Mon-Fri setting. The role requires ISO/QMS familiarity, forklift certification, and strong leadership.

The position includes medical/dental/vision, 401(k) match, and other comprehensive benefits, with the goal of reliable, timely deliveries and safety compliance across the warehouse.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 5 years of warehouse or shipping/receiving experience.
• 4 years of warehouse management experience.
• Knowledge of quality, 5-S, six sigma, and lean systems.
• Transportation coordination and use of customer routing portals.
• Strong communication & organizational skills.
• Ability to read Safety Data Sheets (SDS).
• Experience with ISO and Quality Management Systems (QMS).
• Knowledge of JD Edwards ERP system.

Responsibilities

• Direct duties of warehouse personnel to achieve high output and low cost operations.
• Maintain inbound/outbound paperwork and perform audits for accuracy.
• Schedule and direct duties of warehouse employees to meet performance targets.
• Organize storage locations based on product volumes for efficient flow.
• Develop and oversee performance metrics and goals for staff.
• Conduct performance reviews and coaching for direct reports.
