Job summary

RJ Schinner Co. seeks a Warehouse Associate for 1st shift in Tampa, FL. You will receive, pick and move products, operate forklifts, and prepare goods for shipment.

This full-time role runs Monday–Friday from 6:00 am to 3:30 pm (or until completion). Candidates should have 1 year of warehouse experience, at least 1 year on stand-up forklift, strong attention to detail, and the ability to lift 50–75 lbs safely.

Qualifications

• 1 year warehouse experience
• 1 year stand-up forklift experience and safety protocols
• High attention to detail
• Able to lift 50-75 lbs frequently
• Exposure to heat/cold, noise and dust
• Comfortable with heights (25–30 ft)

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts including stand-up and order picker
• Use RF scanners to track inventory and product movement
• Receive, pick and transport product according to company standards
• Stack, palletize, tote, and store product safely and efficiently
• Maintain shipping, receiving and inventory records with proper documentation
• Maintain organization and warehouse cleanliness
• Follow all powered equipment safety protocols
• Other duties as assigned
