Job summary

RJ Schinner Co., Inc. is hiring a Warehouse Associate for 2nd shift in Tampa, FL. The role runs full-time, Monday to Friday, 11:00 am–7:30 pm (or until completion).

You will be responsible for receiving, picking, and transporting products, operating forklifts, and ensuring accurate handling of merchandise. The position offers exposure to a dynamic redistribution environment with competitive pay, advancement opportunities, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 1 year of warehouse experience preferred.
• Forklift experience and ability to follow safety protocols.
• High attention to detail required.
• Ability to lift 50–75 lbs frequently.
• Exposure to heat/cold, noise and dust is expected.
• Comfortable with heights.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts including stand-up and order picker.
• Use RF scanners to track inventory and product movement.
• Receive, pick and transport product throughout the warehouse per company standards.
• Stack, palletize, tote and store product safely and efficiently.
• Maintain shipping, receiving and inventory records with proper documentation.
• Maintain organized and clean warehouse and adhere to safety protocols.
• Participate in employee appreciation events and take advantage of benefits.
