Job summary

RJ Schinner Co., Inc. in Lebanon, TN is seeking a Distribution Warehouse Associate. This full-time role runs Monday–Friday with a mid-shift schedule (10:00 am–6:30 pm or until completion).

You will receive and transport products, pick orders, and prepare goods for shipment in a fast-paced redistribution environment. Qualifications include 1 year of warehouse experience, 1 year of forklift experience with safety protocols, strong attention to detail, and the ability to lift 50–75 lbs frequently.

Qualifications

• 1 year of warehouse experience required.
• 1 year of forklift experience and ability to follow safety protocols.
• High attention to detail and ability to lift 50-75 lbs frequently.

Responsibilities

• Operate different types of forklifts including stand-up, sit-down and order picker.
• Use RF scanners to track inventory and product movement.
• Receive, pick and transport product throughout the warehouse according to standards.
• Stack, palletize, tote, and store product safely and efficiently.
• Maintain shipping, receiving and inventory records with proper documentation.
• Keep the warehouse organized and clean.
• Follow all safety protocols including PPE and equipment checks.
