RJ Schinner Co., Inc. is hiring a Shipping & Receiving / Forklift Operator for the 1st shift in Tracy, CA. You will receive, pick and transport products, operate various forklifts, and ensure accurate receipt and shipment in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

The role requires at least one year of warehouse and forklift experience, the ability to lift up to 75 pounds, and adherence to safety protocols. Competitive base pay, a tiered raise structure, and year-end bonuses are offered.

Qualifications

• 1-year warehouse experience.
• 1-year forklift experience and ability to follow safety protocols.
• Must be able to lift 50–75 lbs.
• Must handle environment variations (heat, cold, dust, noise).

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts including stand-up and order picker.
• Utilize RF scanners to track inventory and product movement.
• Receive, pick and transport product according to company standards.
• Stack, palletize, tote, and store product safely.
• Maintain shipping, receiving and inventory records with proper documentation.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety compliance.
• Support other duties as assigned.
