Job summary

Packer Fastener in Lebanon, IN is seeking a detail-oriented Warehouse Team Member to manage daily workflow across Receiving, Order Fulfillment, Packing and Shipping. You will fill customer orders accurately and help with local deliveries as needed.

Responsibilities include prioritizing orders, supporting inventory restocking, operating warehouse equipment safely, and maintaining a clean, organized distribution center.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of warehouse/operations experience.
• Ability to learn warehouse software for order fulfillment.
• Must prioritize safety and accuracy in all tasks.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Well-organized team player who connects with staff at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily workload and productivity of warehouse operations.
• Accurately fill customer orders following established processes.
• Assist in local deliveries when needed.
