Job summary

Packer Fastener, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Team Member for first shift to manage daily workload across Receiving, Fulfillment, Packing, and Shipping. You will fill orders accurately, assist with local deliveries, and help maintain inventory and safety standards in a busy distribution center.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of operations experience, a keen eye for detail, and strong communication. A valid driver’s license and DOT requirements apply, with a comprehensive benefits package

Qualifications

Ability to learn order fulfillment software.
Strong emphasis on safety and accuracy.

Responsibilities

Manage daily workload and productivity of warehouse operations (Receiving, Order Fulfillment, Packing, Shipping).
Accurately fill customer orders following processes.
Assist in local deliveries when needed.
Prioritize orders and handle special requirements.
Aid inventory restocking and distribution center processes.
Safely operate warehouse equipment and maintain safety rules.
Maintain organized, clean warehouse and accurate inventory.
