Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. in Pryor Creek, OK is seeking a Data Center Operations Supervisor for the 1st shift to lead daily warehouse activities and ensure smooth operations.

You will supervise and coach a team, monitor quality, uphold our safety and 7S standards, and collaborate across departments to deliver exceptional service.

Strong communication, planning, and hands-on leadership are essential, as is the ability to manage overtime and flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook) and computerized scanner equipment.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule as needed, including overtime (weekends).
• Bachelor's degree in Logistics or related field.

Responsibilities

• Ensure efficient daily operations of the warehouse.
• Supervise the team and provide training and coaching to improve performance.
• Monitor work quality to consistently deliver exceptional customer service.
• Demonstrate an understanding of the company quality policy.
• Adhere to the GXO 7S program.
• Communicate well with leadership, team members and other departments.
