Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Operations Manager for the 1st shift in Oklahoma City. You will oversee critical warehouse areas and lead a team to meet customer commitments.

You will hire, train and develop staff, drive safety and quality programs, and coordinate with maintenance to ensure smooth operations. A strong background in logistics and 4 years of managerial experience are required.

Qualifications

• 4 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and scanner equipment.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.
• Lean, Six Sigma and Continuous Process Improvement knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers, vendors and team members to ensure commitments are met.
• Establish procedures for maintaining quality objectives.
• Provide guidance to supervisors on personnel, quality and safety.
• Hire, train, develop and appraise staff effectively.
• Make recommendations on programs to improve operations.
• Coordinate maintenance with the maintenance team.
• Maintain records and complete reports on time.
• Enforce OSHA and safety standards across the warehouse.
