Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. in Omaha is seeking a Supervisor, Supply Chain Operations to lead day-to-day warehouse activities and coach the team to maintain efficient operations.

You will prepare schedules, monitor work quality, and drive continuous improvement while collaborating with leadership and other departments. Bilingual English/Spanish and 2+ years of supervisory experience are advantageous.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant work experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Word, Excel and Outlook and scanner equipment.
• Bilingual English/Spanish.
• Bachelor's degree in Logistics or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure efficient daily operations of the warehouse
• Prepare schedules
• Supervise the team and provide training and coaching to improve performance
• Monitor work quality to deliver exceptional customer service
• Demonstrate an understanding of the company quality policy
• Adhere to the GXO 7S program
• Communicate with leadership, team members and other departments
• Implement continuous improvement action plans
• Always maintain a clean environment
