Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Manager, Supply Chain Site Operations in Miami, FL to drive the efficient operation of our warehouse. You’ll lead staff, schedule work, manage attendance, and coordinate maintenance while ensuring safety, quality, and contract metrics are met.

In this role you’ll maintain stock levels, supervise a team, and collaborate with HR to hire and train. A strong background in warehousing and lean practices is required, with a focus on productivity and customer

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in a supply chain, warehousing or distribution environment.
• 5 years managerial/supervisory experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook) and computerized scanner equipment.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operational and personnel activities in the facility and ensure safe, efficient operation.
• Hire, train, develop and evaluate staff in coordination with HR.
• Maintain work schedules and assignments; monitor time/attendance.
• Ensure efficient utilization of equipment and coordinate maintenance.
• Maintain 7S Workplace Organization and safety procedures.
• Manage stock levels and supplier/contract metrics.
• Ensure quality management system procedures are followed across groups.
• Focus on productivity, quality and safety per company and customer requirements.
