Job summary

HYMH in Avon, IN is hiring a Materials Handling Associate for 1st shift (7:00 AM - 3:30 PM EST). You will support warehouse operations, ensure accurate order fulfillment, and maintain safety and quality standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

This permanent, full-time role requires teamwork, attention to detail, and comfortable use of RF devices and warehouse technology. High School diploma preferred; forklift experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver results and provide an optimal customer experience.
• Identify non-conformities, keep the warehouse clean and organized, follow 5S, and safety procedures.
• Support shifting production needs and assist in different areas of the warehouse as required.
• Safely operate forklifts and other machinery; maintain forklift license; change batteries and propane tanks as needed.
• Receive incoming products, manage inventory in control systems, and store items neatly in stock locations.
• Identify, pick, verify, sort, package, label, and load outbound products; assemble kits and ensure accuracy.
• Achieve productivity while maintaining accuracy and quality through problem solving and collaboration.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
