Job summary

Ashton North LLC is seeking a Warehouse Manager to lead the Lima, OH site on a first-shift operation. You will manage a team of up to 15, report to the VP of Operations, and drive daily warehouse performance aligned with company goals.

You will implement hazmat safety programs, oversee facilities and equipment, and support business development while ensuring ISO/QMS standards and cost controls are in place.

Qualifications

• A minimum of a high school diploma or GED; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Minimum of 2-5 years of similar warehouse management experience.
• Experience in warehousing chemical and HAZMAT-related materials.
• Supervision experience in non-union work environments.
• Experience working with ERP or WMS systems; Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations to meet performance goals and customer expectations.
• Develop and enforce hazmat safety programs and regulatory compliance.
• Monitor costs and labor to meet financial targets and propose capex for upgrades.
• Maintain ISO-aligned QMS and drive continuous improvement across warehouse functions.
• Conduct performance reviews, succession planning, and leadership for staff.
• Serve as primary contact for customer issues and support business development efforts.
• Oversee facility and equipment maintenance and plan for asset upgrades.
