Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc is seeking a Supply Chain Operations Supervisor for 1st shift to oversee daily warehouse operations, lead a team, and ensure high-quality service. The role supports training and coaching to raise performance and adheres to quality policies and GXO's 7S program.

The ideal candidate will have 2 years of related experience, proficiency with MS Office and scanners, and flexibility to work overtime including weekends. This is a full-time, on-site position in Orangeburg, SC.

Qualifications

• 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook) and computerized scanner equipment.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule as needed, including planned and unplanned overtime, which may include weekends.

Responsibilities

• Ensure efficient daily operations of the warehouse
• Supervise the team and provide training and coaching to improve performance
• Monitor work quality to consistently deliver exceptional customer service
• Demonstrate an understanding of the company quality policy
• Adhere to the GXO 7S program
• Communicate well with leadership, team members and other departments
