TVH Group in Olathe, KS, is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor for 1st shift (8:00A-5:00P) to lead inbound/outbound operations and drive efficiency at the Olathe Distribution Center. You will guide a team, implement processes, and partner with leaders to meet distribution and customer expectations.

You should have at least 2 years in distribution with supervisory responsibilities, plus an associate degree or two years of equivalent work experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in distribution in a supervisory or similar role.
• Experience coaching, mentoring, and training staff.
• Experience with operations/distribution metrics reporting.

Responsabilités

• Ensure product is picked, checked, and shipped per standards.
• Maintain productivity and quality standards.
• Define work procedures, assign duties, and review work for accuracy.
• Ensure crew have necessary equipment and tools.
