Job summary

TVH Group in Olathe, KS is seeking a 1st Shift Warehouse Lead to supervise daily warehouse operations and mentor a team. The role includes training, safety oversight, and coordinating receiving, packing, stocking, fulfillment, and shipping to meet standards.

You’ll lead teams, review performance, implement corrective actions, and help design work instructions. Expect evenings and weekends as needed in a fast-paced setting.

1st Shift Warehouse LeadFull-time | Location – Olathe, KS, 66062YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIESTrain and certify team members on material handling equipment as needed.Ensure the efficient and safe operation of all material handling equipment.Oversee processes including receiving, packaging, stocking, fulfillment, checking, and shipping of products to meet established standards.Lead and develop team members by providing training, feedback, and guidance.Monitor employee productivity and foster a team-based environment.Conduct team meetings to share performance data, discuss corrective actions, and implement solutions.Maintain a clean and organized work area.Assist in developing and updating departmental work instructions.Participate in operational development and problem-solving meetings.Support and enforce management recommendations and company policies.Occasionally perform crew member duties as needed.Work evenings and weekends as required.HOW TO SUCCEEDWe’re looking for someone who can come up with simple solutions to complex problems.
