TVH Parts Co is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor for the 1st shift at the Olathe Distribution Center. You will direct outbound operations, oversee daily workflow, and ensure accuracy in picking, packing, and shipping to meet customer expectations.

This full-time role requires at least 2 years in distribution and 2 years of supervisory experience, with a focus on process improvement, safety, and team development. TVH offers a people-centered culture and a strong benefits package.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in distribution roles, with emphasis on outbound operations.
• 2+ years of supervising, coaching, mentoring and training staff.
• Experience identifying, developing, and reporting operations metrics.
• Associates degree or 2+ years equivalent distribution/ supervisor experience.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds occasionally and stand/walk for the shift.

Warehouse Supervisor (1st shift 8:00A-5:00P)Full-Time | Logistics | Olathe, KSSUMMARYProvides direction, leadership, and management for Olathe Distribution Center, including creation and execution of operational processes to meet business objectives and goals. Supervises within Outbound Operations as part of the departments supervisory team , collaborating with leaders across theorganization to meet distribution and customer expectations.YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIESYou will deliver short and long-term projects that support the business strategy. This will involve:• Ensure that product is picked, checked, and shipped according to established standards and in accordance with current procedures• Ensure productivity and quality standards are met• Determine work procedures, prepare and expedite workflow, assign duties, and examine work for exactness, neatness, and conformance to policies and procedures• Ensure crew members have the appropriate equipment and tools necessary to perform their jobsEDUCATION / EXPERIENCEWe are looking for someone who can come up with simple solutions to complex problems. To join us, you need:• A minimum of 2 years of work experience in distribution, performing a substantially similar role• A minimum of 2 years of work experience supervising, selecting, coaching, mentoring, and trainingstaff• Experience and/or training in identifying, developing, and reporting operations/distribution-relatedmetrics• Associates degree (A.A.) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school, OR a minimum of two years; work experience performing a substantially similar role• Ability to stand and walk frequently throughout the shift, with repetitive motion and regularbending, stooping, kneeling, and crouching; occasional sitting, climbing, or balancing may berequired• Ability to lift and/or move up to 15 pounds regularly, up to 40 pounds frequently, and over 50pounds occasionally, using team lifting or material handling equipment for items over 50 poundsWHATS IN IT FOR YOUYou'll be part of a people-centric culture where your well-being truly matters.
