Job summary

TVH Group is hiring Warehouse Supervisors for the Olathe, KS distribution center, including the 3rd shift (9:00P-7:30A). The role involves leading a team to ensure accurate picking, checking, and shipping, while maintaining productivity and quality in a fast-growing logistics environment.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years in distribution and supervision, plus a solid background in metrics reporting, lean methods, and people development.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in distribution in a similar role.
• 2+ years of supervising, hiring, coaching, mentoring, and training staff.
• Experience identifying, developing, and reporting operations or distribution metrics.
• Associate's degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school, OR at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Comfort being on your feet and moving throughout the shift, including regular bending, stooping, kneeling, and crouching.
• Ability to lift up to 15 lbs regularly, up to 40 lbs frequently, and over 50 lbs occasionally (with team lifting or equipment for anything over 50 lbs).

As a supervisor, you'll be part of our supervisory team in Operations, working alongside leaders across the organization to make sure our customers get what they need, when they need it. Responsibilities
