Job summary

ABC Supply, the nation’s largest distributor of exterior and interior building products, is seeking an experienced Warehouse Lead in Kenosha, WI. This role leads the warehouse team, ensures safety and accuracy, and coordinates with sales and delivery operations to meet daily targets.

Ideal candidates will have warehouse leadership experience, be able to lift 75–100 pounds, operate a forklift, and possess basic computer skills for inventory and order processing.

• Previous experience leading a warehouse team.
• Superior attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Able to lift 75-100 pounds minimum.
• Forklift experience required.
• Basic computer skills for documentation and inventory.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction to the warehouse team.
• Maintain a clean and efficient warehouse.
• Respond to calls from the sales floor professionally.
• Complete pick ticket orders and unload/receive deliveries.
• Pull and stage orders for company delivery trucks.
• Perform loading/unloading duties; rotate as needed.
• Provide customer service and ensure loads are secure for delivery.
