Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee operational processes to ensure correct inventory levels and on-time order completion.
• Review workload and assign tasks to employees.
• Train and coach the warehouse team; provide developmental opportunities; suggest performance improvements.
• Utilize warehouse management system and maintain work documents.
• Establish and promote exceptional customer service and enforce safety procedures.
• Operate equipment safely and provide support to warehouse management.
• Track orders and investigate problems; catalog and track goods.
