Job summary

Nestlé Health Science seeks a Warehouse Operator III to lead warehouse operations, ensure inventory accuracy, and train teammates. You will operate forklifts and handling equipment, manage cycle counts, and help meet KPIs with safety in mind.

The role runs on the 1st shift, Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM, with overtime as needed. This position supports consistent, efficient product flow and quality across our operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 3+ years of warehouse or manufacturing experience preferred.
• Experience leading or training others preferred.
• Ability to obtain forklift certification.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and move throughout your shift.
• Comfortable working around powders, chemicals, and food allergens.
• Flexible to work overtime based on business needs.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts and advanced material handling equipment.
• Load and unload trucks, verifying shipments against documentation.
• Perform cycle counts, reconcile discrepancies, and update inventory systems.
• Organize and label warehouse storage areas.
• Pick, pack, and stage materials for shipment while meeting KPIs.
• Inspect equipment and report maintenance needs.
• Lead shift meetings and communicate results to goals.
• Train team members on job functions and safety procedures.
• Collaborate with team to prioritize tasks and maintain workflow.
• Follow safety rules, GMPs, SOPs, and company policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
