Aerotek in Aurora, IL is seeking a Warehouse Worker for first shift (8:00 AM–4:30 PM). You will handle materials safely, support production operations, and assist with shipping and receiving, using pallet jacks and balers as needed.

This onsite, contract-to-hire role emphasizes teamwork, accuracy, and reliability, with a 40–50 lb lifting requirement and a focus on safety and punctuality in a temperature-controlled facility.

Qualifications

• At least 3 months of warehouse/manufacturing experience.
• Ability to move 40–50 lb items safely.
• Experience with pallet jacks in a warehouse.
• Ability to operate baler equipment safely.
• Independent work with minimal supervision.
• Reliable first-shift availability 8:00 AM–4:30 PM.

Responsibilities

• Bale materials for storage or shipment.
• Transport materials with pallet jacks or forklifts.
• Load/unload products, 40–50 pounds.
• Assist production and material handling tasks.
• Prepare outbound shipments and verify materials.
• Support inbound receiving and organization of materials.
• Follow written/verbal instructions for daily tasks.
• Work with team to maintain smooth workflow.
• Maintain clean, safe work area per guidelines.
