Life’s Abundance, Inc. is hiring a Warehouse Team Member for our Dumas, Texas location. This full-time role offers a starting pay of $18.91 per hour, a 40-hour workweek, Monday–Friday, first shift, with major national holidays off.

There are no night or weekend shifts. The job supports employee-owned culture and ESOP benefits. Responsibilities include processing orders, pulling materials, packing boxes, staging orders, and assisting with inventory management such as receiving, returns, and cycle

Qualifications

• Reliability, honesty, and accountability in daily tasks.
• Able to lift and move up to 50 pounds and stand for several hours.
• Strong teamwork and willingness to onboard and cross-train with teammates.
• Good communication; proactive about questions, ideas, or concerns.
• Comfort with computer/tablet use.
• Full-time availability, Monday–Friday, first shift.
• Forklift certification is a plus or obtain within 90 days, company paid.

Responsibilities

• Prepare orders by processing requests, pulling materials, packing boxes, and staging orders.
• Assist with inventory management including receiving, returns, and cycle counts.
• Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules, and regulations.
