Job summary

Life's Abundance, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Team Member for our Dumas, Texas location. This full-time role offers a starting pay of $18.91 per hour with a 40-hour workweek, Monday through Friday, first shift.

No night or weekend shifts, and major national holidays off with pay. Responsibilities include preparing orders, pulling materials, packing boxes, staging orders, and assisting with inventory management, including receiving, returns, and cycle counts.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Strong reliability, honesty, and accountability in a team setting.
• Willingness to work a full-time first-shift schedule, Monday–Friday.
• Forklift certification is a plus, or willingness to obtain within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Prepare orders by processing requests, pulling materials, packing boxes, and staging orders.
• Assist with inventory management such as receiving, returns, and cycle counts.
• Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures and regulations.
