Job summary

Life’s Abundance in Dumas, Texas is seeking a Warehouse Team Member to join our employee-owned team. The role focuses on preparing orders, managing inventory from receiving to shipping, and maintaining safety and quality standards.

You will be cross-trained and encouraged to contribute ideas while supporting a collaborative environment. The position is full-time, Monday–Friday, first shift, with a starting pay of $18.91 per hour, holidays off, and comprehensive benefits through ESOP and medical

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
• Reliable, honest, and responsible with ownership mindset.
• Full-time availability Monday–Friday, first shift.
• Able to work in a team and follow procedures.
• Forklift certification or ability to obtain within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Prepare orders by processing requests, pulling materials, packing boxes, and staging orders.
• Assist with inventory management including receiving, returns, and cycle counts.
• Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules, and regulations.
