Life’s Abundance is hiring a Warehouse Team Member for our McHenry, IL location. This full-time, first-shift role offers a starting pay of $18.91 per hour with a 40-hour work week Monday through Friday and paid major national holidays.

You will prepare orders, pull materials, pack boxes, stage orders, and assist with inventory management including receiving, returns, and cycle counts. A team-oriented atmosphere and accountability are emphasized.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stay on feet for several hours.
• Reliable and honest with a willingness to take ownership of work.
• Willing to work full-time on first shift, Monday–Friday.
• Able to communicate effectively, speak up with ideas or concerns.

Responsibilities

• Prepare orders by processing requests, pulling materials, packing boxes, and staging orders.
• Assist with inventory management including receiving, returns, and cycle counts.
• Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures and regulations.
