Job summary

Life’s Abundance, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Team Member for our McHenry, IL location. This is a full-time, first-shift role with a starting pay of $18.91/hour and a 40-hour workweek, Monday through Friday.

There are no night or weekend shifts, and major national holidays are paid. Responsibilities include order preparation, material handling, and staging, plus inventory support such as receiving, returns, and cycle counts.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Full-time Monday–Friday, first shift.
• Prior inventory or warehouse experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare orders by processing requests, pulling materials, packing boxes, and staging orders.
• Assist with inventory management (receiving, returns, cycle counts).
• Follow quality service standards and company procedures.
