Accurate Personnel is seeking a Warehouse Associate for its Carol Stream, IL location. The role offers first shift from 6:30am to 3:00pm with a pay rate of $19.50 per hour and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision.

No prior manufacturing experience is required; training will be provided, and a HS diploma or GED is preferred though not mandatory. Safety and 5S standards are emphasized in daily duties.

Qualifications

• Manufacturing experience is a plus but not required.

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods.
• Ability to perform light bending and reaching.

• Ability to work safely around machinery, forklifts, and material-handling equipment.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, sort, and package products as needed.
• Operate basic machinery and equipment; training provided.
• Load and unload raw materials and finished goods.
• Follow supervisor instructions to meet daily production goals.
• Perform basic quality checks and report defects.
• Maintain a clean, organized, safe work area.
• Follow safety guidelines and 5S standards.
• Support timely shop orders and on-time deliveries.
• Maintain accurate timekeeping.
