Sustainable Staffing Inc. is recruiting a Distribution Associate for the McHenry, IL area. This 1st shift role (Mon-Fri, 10:00 a.m. – 6:30 p.m.) involves warehouse duties, equipment operation, and strict adherence to safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Forklift experience preferred.
• Minimum one year distribution, warehouse, or related experience.
• Must be able to read, understand, and communicate in English at a basic level.

Responsibilities

• Replenishment of all warehouse areas following procedures.
• Operate material handling equipment as needed.
• Identify warehouse locations and manage product movements.
• Apply process data inputs and provide timely information.
• Assist in execution of projects and maintain communication with supervisors.
• Train and enforce department instructions and safety practices.
